- Design and administer strength, conditioning, flexibility, and nutrition programs to improve athletic performance and reduce injuries.
- Administer training programs, which develops the whole athlete in pursuing their athletic and sport specific goals.
- Educate athletes on the importance of safe effective training and training habits.
