Mission Statement

To develop the complete athlete, in mind, body, and spirit, through the use of proper nutrition, strength training, and conditioning.

Objectives

  • Design and administer strength, conditioning, flexibility, and nutrition programs to improve athletic performance and reduce injuries.
  • Administer training programs, which develops the whole athlete in pursuing their athletic and sport specific goals.
  • Educate athletes on the importance of safe effective training and training habits.
