Excitement is generating as we prepare for Angel Flight 2010. Your time and talents are needed. It is a great way to meet other parents and be a part of the Skutt Catholic High School community. Jobs/Duties: 3 adults are needed to assist with unloading and directing placement of the rental items. Lifting may be involved.
Time Frame: Thursday, September 16, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Meetings Involved: None
Jobs/Duties: Adults are needed to set-up and arrange the silent auction items in a creative display.
Time Frame: All day Friday, September 17, and/or Saturday morning, September 18
Meetings Involved: One

Jobs/Duties: Receive payments for auction purchases.
Time Frame: Saturday, September 18, 8:15 - 10:00 pm (approximate.)
Meetings Involved: One training session, at your convenience
Jobs/Duties: Many hands are needed to help take down and put away.
Time Frame: Sunday morning, September 19. Breakfast & clean-up start at 10:00 am.
Meetings Involved: No meetings or previous experience required!
Jobs/Duties: Enter winning bids into auction software. Two people needed per spot (one person verifies information, second person enters)
Time Frame: Event night, 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm (approx.)
Meetings Involved: No meetings. Must be good with entering numbers accurately. Will train when you arrive that night.
Jobs/Duties: Adults are needed to assist with decorating the entryway, hallway & gym.
Time Frame: Thursday night, September 16, and all day on Friday, September 17.
Meetings Involved: None
Jobs/Duties: Men are needed to help move and unroll the large carpet rolls for the gym floor before table set-up.
Time Frame: Thursday, September 16, at 11:00 am
Meetings Involved: None
Jobs/Duties: Adults willing to assist in our fundraising efforts through the sale of lottery tickets. We would like a parish representative/captain as well as ticket sellers.
Time Frame: Selling can start 90 days prior to September 18.
Meetings Involved: 1 kick-off meeting in late June/early July.
Jobs/Duties: Adults are needed to help set up the pipe and drape in the commons, hallway & gym.
Time Frame: Thursday night, September 16 - 5 pm until completed (3 - 4 hours.)
Meetings Involved: None
Please encourage your student to volunteer for Angel Flight 2010. Volunteer sign-up sheets are available for the students during their lunch period.
