General Info

• Alli Andersen and Joe Bloomingdale need to see Mrs. Baxter in the journalism room at this time.
  
  
• There will be a meeting during announcements on Friday for the Junior Powder Puff team in the Commons.
  
  
• SENIOR girls playing in the powder puff FB game will meet in main gym Friday, during announcements to vote on T-shirt.
  
  
• Attention Musical Cast:  Choreography rehearsal will be Saturday, from 1-4 pm.  Sunday's rehearsal is cancelled.
• Any student interested in participating in Academic Decathlon, an academic contest that covers all subject areas, should come sign up in Mr. Schnitzler's room.  There will be a meeting next Friday at 7:30 AM to learn more about AcaDeca. All students are welcome.
  
  
• There will be NO JV tennis practice today.
  
  
• Seniors - Retreat permission forms and money are due today!
  
  
• The first home football game is tomorrow. Check in the front office during lunch or after school if you have a Family Activity Pass to be picked up. The list is posted on the office window.
  
  
• The Annual First Home Game Cookout is today from 4:30 to 7:30 PM. Grilled hamburgers, chips and a drink. Suggested donation of $5 to help support the Boys Basketball Rebounders Club!
  
  
• Thursday Sept 9th, the Girls Golf team will sponsor the lunch. Arby's Market Fresh sandwiches(choice of roast beef, turkey or ham), served with chips, carrots and ranch dip, and cupcakes all for a great price of $4.00

• Creighton Univ. is hosting the annual Omaha Jesuit Excellence Fair on Tues. Sept. 14 from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Creighton Prep Sullivan Campus Center.  All students are welcome to attend to learn about the Jesuit college opportunities.

Any Junior or Senior guys interested in competing for this high honor need to contact Mrs. Stolinski or Mrs. Salerno to pick up an application.  All applications need to be filled out and turned in by September 20th.
